below is a survey to measure the working climate within the company.
The survey is completely anonymous. The purposes of the survey are:

  1. Understanding the level of satisfaction of our employees;
  2. Detect problems or critical issues within the organisation;
  3. Monitoring the psychological and physical well-being of our employees;
  4. Understanding how employees perceive communication within the company.

This is a first company survey divided into two simple 2 sections:
