The Findal GMBH Group was founded in Bressanone by Dalpiaz Celestino and will serve as a strategic management holding company for other subsidiaries.

Aquisition of Meranese Servizi SRL

The cleaning company Meranese Servizi GMBH is acquired as a company of the Findal Group. Its customers include large hotels, exhibition and congress centres and department stores, as well as schools, office complexes and private homes. But also facilities with special hygiene plans such as hospitals, schools and medical practices.

Foundation of Dalfood SRL

Findal expands its offering with a new sector. Dalfood GMBH, based in Merano, specialises in catering services for the private and commercial sectors.

Meranese Servizi is restructured into a stock company.

Findal: New company headquarters

Findal Group moves its head office and operations centre to Merano at 56 Albertina Brogliati Street.

2012

Acquisition of CSS SPA

Findal Group acquires CSS AG as majority shareholder. CSS offers complete solutions and all areas of professional cleaning and facility management in the private and industrial sectors from a single source.

2014

Foundation of Cleaning System Services SRL in Austria

The Findal Group founds Cleaning System Services SRL in Rum near Innsbruck, thus establishing its first international relations. Cleaning System Services is a leading company in the field of cleaning monuments, facades and buildings and is in operation from Landeck to Vienna.

2015

Aquisition of the Pavan SRL

The Findal Group is expanding its offering with the acquisition of Pavan GMBH. The Pavan product range includes air conditioning, heating, cooling and air treatment services for industrial and civil installations.

2016

Findal in Spain: Balyma SRL

Findal Group acquires Balyma Servicios Integrales Slsua in Madrid, Spain. Balyma's business sector is mainly cleaning and plant management.

2018

Corporate Design

Conversion of all Findal and its subsidiaries' logos and lettering into a common format.
